Accessibility status · 25 August 2026
What this site checks—and what remains unverified
Direct answer. Accessibility is part of the release gate, but WongHongWei.com has not completed an independent WCAG conformance audit. Automated source and browser checks catch recurring barriers; manual screen-reader, keyboard, zoom, cognitive and low-end-device testing still needs broader coverage.
This is a status statement, not a certification. A passing automated test does not prove that every person can complete every game.
Current automated release checks
Structure and names
Source tests check headings, labelled controls, changing-content announcements and accessible names across the catalogue.
Keyboard and focus patterns
Deep-game tests cover dialog focus, keyboard-labelled board controls and critical interaction paths where test hooks exist.
Responsive layout
Every tracked public page is opened at 390x844 and 1366x768. The gate rejects browser errors and horizontal page overflow.
Motion and touch
Shared audits check reduced-motion handling, dynamic viewport sizing and touch-sized critical controls in the audited product families.
Known verification gaps
- No independent WCAG 2.2 conformance assessment has been completed.
- Not every game has a full manual journey with NVDA, VoiceOver or TalkBack.
- Keyboard-only completion is not yet demonstrated for every canvas-heavy or real-time game.
- Audio, multilingual pronunciation and transcript coverage need specialist and user review.
- Automated contrast and target-size checks do not replace testing with older players, children or people with low vision or motor disabilities.
How barriers are handled
- Report the page, device, browser and the action that could not be completed.
- A reproducible high-severity barrier is treated as a release defect.
- The fix receives a regression test where the repository can measure the failure honestly.
- Material visible changes are recorded in the public changelog.
