How this product portfolio is governed
Direct answer. WongHongWei.com currently treats three products as flagships, three as bounded strategic experiments and twenty-one as portfolio-only games. These labels record current intent, not proof of demand or effectiveness. Family-product expert reviews remain incomplete and are stated below rather than implied.
This page makes product jobs, evidence gaps, claim boundaries and child-product data flows inspectable. The machine-readable source is the public portfolio manifest.
Current classification
No product was archived in this first review. Archive decisions need maintenance, safety and usage evidence rather than guesswork.
Three product charters
integrity gate
Singapore Mahjong
For: Singapore Mahjong learners, families and recurring table groups
Job: Agree house rules, play, score, remember a table and resolve disputes.
Evidence status: Implementation and rule fixtures exist; repeat demand and physical-table utility remain unvalidated.
Claim boundary: Documents practice-table defaults and sourced alternatives; does not claim one universal Singapore ruleset.
integrity gate
Foxy Learning Patch
For: Caregivers co-playing with children approximately 18 months to 3 years
Job: Begin a short guided interaction that ends with an off-screen activity.
Evidence status: External early-childhood, speech-language and accessibility review has not been completed.
Claim boundary: Public frameworks describe design intent only; no claim of accreditation, developmental efficacy or expert approval.
integrity gate
Everyday Hero Quest
For: Singapore Primary 1-3 children using the product with a caregiver
Job: Practise a practical situation and continue with a family discussion or rehearsal.
Evidence status: External educator, safeguarding and digital-safety review has not been completed.
Claim boundary: Scenarios are practice prompts, not professional, safety, counselling or educational advice.
Family-product review register
Not expert-approved. Foxy and Everyday Hero are founder-built practice products. Their public framework references describe design intent only. External educational, developmental, safeguarding and accessibility reviews have not been completed.

everyday-hero-quest | not-completed | primary-education, safeguarding, digital-safety, accessibility, parent-usability | Commission independent scenario-level review before outcome claims or institutional distribution. |
Child-product data flows
The three child-oriented products named in the privacy policy keep progress in browser storage and declare no remote product analytics. Tests compare these declarations with the source and reject unapproved remote-call mechanisms in their entry pages. This is an implementation record, not a legal or child-safety certification.

Release controls
- Every homepage game must have one stable manifest record, status and owner.
- Every flagship must name its audience, job, evidence status and claim boundary.
- Family review gaps remain visible until named external work is actually completed.
- Declared local-storage keys and approved network mechanisms are source-tested.
- Material changes must include tests, rollback thinking and a public changelog entry.
The current machine-readable release record documents changed claims, data and dependency impact, migrations, test gates and rollback. Public source, correction, standard and rules pages are generated from structured JSON; CI rejects stale generated output and missing discovery links.
What this does not prove
The manifest does not prove product-market fit, educational efficacy, legal compliance, child safety, expert approval or commercial viability. Those require observation, qualified review and evidence outside this repository.
