Experiments stay playful without pretending to be flagships

Direct answer. The Game Lab contains three bounded strategic experiments and twenty-one portfolio-only games. Singapore Mahjong, Foxy and Everyday Hero have separate flagship journeys; this page keeps everything else playable without claiming equal investment, demand or validation.

Statuses come from the public portfolio manifest and can change at a reviewed portfolio decision.

Strategic experiments

These products test a reusable mechanic or content workflow. Their status is a hypothesis, not proof that the experiment succeeded.

Portfolio-only games

These games remain public as casual experiences or demonstrations of craft. They are maintained, but they do not currently carry an active flagship or outcome claim.
