How do I start a Singapore picture activity?
Pick one topic below and open a linked name. Look at its picture together, then point or say a name if you want. One picture is enough for these suggestions; the guides themselves contain more entries.
Do we need to use all three languages?
No. Each selected name is shown in English, Simplified Chinese and Malay. Use a language you are comfortable with. Native-speaker review of the translations has not been completed.
What is the difference between Listen and Play?
Listen plays spoken guide text using saved narration when available, or an available device text-to-speech voice. Device voices and playback availability can vary. Play in the sound guide plays an environmental recording, such as a bird call; it is separate from spoken narration.
Can we use these suggestions without audio?
Yes. The selected names and activity steps are written on this page, and the guides show pictures and written captions. You can point, read a name yourself or skip sound playback.
Can I print this page?
Yes. Use your browser's Print command to print the names, steps, off-screen suggestions and source information. The print layout includes the guide destinations; photographs and their credits remain in the original guides.
Who wrote these activities, and have they been professionally reviewed?
Wong Hong Wei, the developer, prepared these suggestions with AI drafting assistance using the existing Foxy catalogues. External early-childhood, speech-language professional, educator and native-speaker review have not been completed. These suggestions are not an assessment or a curriculum programme.
